​Grading and Packing

After the harvest, our vegetables of all types have to be washed, sorted, packaged and transported grading and packing. A wide range of technologies have been developed or refined over the years for sorting according to colour, density, diameter, shape and weight.

Our Facilities include:

• 700 million gallons water
  
• 40,000T+ of specialist storage
• Bespoke separate onion and potato packing lines capable of producing pack sizes of 500g up to 1 tonne
• Grade A BRC Accreditation
