Parsnips

Early supply mirrors carrots with production starting slightly later. 

The deep, fertile uniform sandy soil, characteristic of the Brecklands enable us to be one of the earliest producers of new season parsnips in the country.

Due to the high respiration rate of the immature crops they are lifted in the cool of the night and delivered direct to customers by the following morning, ensuring maximum freshness.
